YH72P Series Rare-earth Permanent-magnet Molding Hydraulic Press
Performance characteristics:
This series of presses adopts PLC control technology to achieve orderly control of each stage of the pressing process. It adopts a combination of hydraulic transmission and mechanical positioning to ensure product repeat positioning accuracy, density, and high consistency. Can be equipped with a fully enclosed device according to user requirements.
YH72P rare earth permanent magnet two-way forming hydraulic press: In the pressing process, the upper and lower pressing heads are used to synchronize the two-way equal pressure process to make the product subject to two-way uniform pressing, with uniform product density and high consistency.
YH72F rare earth permanent magnet floating two-way forming hydraulic press: The floating pressing speed of the female mold during pressing is 1/2 of the running speed of the upper punch, and the product density is uniform. During the pressing process, the product is always at the center of the pole, and a hydraulic proportional floating system is optional.
YH72D rare earth permanent magnet multi-cylinder two-way forming hydraulic press: This series of presses adopts a frame combination structure, two-way press forming process, and is equipped with a mold release protection mechanism. The mold structure is simple and easy to replace.
Orientation electromagnet/electromagnet has the advantages of uniform magnetic field, high field strength and fast magnetization. There is a copper pipe water cooler between the wires to ensure continuous and stable operation.
The electronic control part adopts PLC control and advanced stable and reliable rectifier power supply device, which has the functions of overcurrent protection, magnetizing undercurrent alarm, and line package freewheeling fast inverter.
