Scope of application:

This series of presses and production lines are mainly suitable for automotive interior parts products: such as carpets, ceilings, heat insulation materials, seat cushions, door rails, coat racks and other products such as press molding, trimming, blanking and other processes.

Performance characteristics:

The forming press has two structures: four-column and frame. The fuselage adopts finite element structure analysis and optimization design, and the structure is reasonable. The forming press adopts a multi-cylinder structure to ensure uniform pressure on the large table. The hydraulic system adopts integrated cartridge valve control, which is sensitive, reliable and non-leakage; the PLC-controlled electrical system has reliable performance and good flexibility; the press is equipped with a hydraulic safety circuit and a dead-point locking mechanism on the slider for safety performance it is good.
