This series of presses are mainly used for the bending, hemming, and leveling of thick plates in shipbuilding and other industries, as well as the outer plate line shape of ships, pressing groove isolation, and hot and cold forming of marine tanks. The host of this type of product adopts a variety of specially designed combined frame gantry forms. It has a fixed structure of the indenter, a synchronous movement of the indenter and the worktable, and a 3600 synchronous rotation structure. It can also be equipped with a steel plate lifting device and in and out. The material is lowered synchronously on the roller table, which is used for the conveying of steel plates to meet the needs of various steel plate curved surfaces.

The hydraulic system consists of a dedicated cartridge integrated valve group and various control units. The speed and pressure of the pressure head can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range specified by the parameters. The electrical control system for the pressing process is flexible and controllable. The electrical control system is controlled by the door LC combined with the touch screen. The position acquisition and detection device of the whole stroke can set and store the parameters of the pressing process to ensure the accuracy of thick plate forming.
