Multi-link toggle mechanical motion mechanism, which is driven by hydraulic cylinders (also known as booster presses). This mechanism can amplify the force of hydraulic cylinders by more than 4 times through the multi-link structure, which reduces hydraulic control The system power achieves the function of energy saving and efficiency enhancement. At the same time, the efficiency is faster than the traditional hydraulic press, and the cost is lower than the large tonnage mechanical pressure. It creates great benefits for customers and is the ideal molding equipment in the future. The mechanism is connected and driven by a small sliding block at the end of the oil cylinder. Finite element analysis adjusts the shape and strength of related components to enhance the rigidity of the bed. The main components adopt high-precision machine tool processing technology; the transmission pair adopts thin oil forced lubrication technology. The machine tool has high precision and low power consumption.
