Scope of application:

This series of presses are mainly suitable for the research, assembly, debugging and trial of large and medium-sized molds in industries such as automobiles, home appliances, and aviation. It can also be used in stretch forming process.

Performance characteristics:

The machine adopts a pre-tensioned tie rod combined frame structure, and the fuselage structure design has sufficient strength and rigidity after computer finite element analysis. The position accuracy and repeatability of the slider are high. The slider can be stopped and locked at any position in the full stroke. The speed of the slider rising and falling can be adjusted at will.
