Product description

Scope of application:

This series of hydraulic press is mainly applicable to stamping processes like drawing, bending, shaping, squeezing and blanking, upturning of metal sheet components, as well as pressure test and bedding-in of large die molds.

Performance characteristics:

The machine adopts preload draw-bar combination of framework structure (full-frame structure for small table). According to finite element analysis of computer, the machine has sufficient strength and rigidity. Slider guiding adopts adjustable four-angle and eight-side guide rail, with strong resistance of deflecting load. Guide rail is equipped with lubricating device.

The hydraulic system adopts the large-flow cartridge valve integrated system and oil-fluid precision filter to ensure the stability of high-speed movement of oil cylinder and automatic transfer of pressuring. Oil pipes are connected by the combination of high pressure rigid pipes and flexible pipes. The flange-type structure is preferred with less hydraulic impact force, which avoids oil leakage efficiently.

Equip locking device for dead spot of slider to ensure the safety of the operation.

With the displacement sensor and pressure sensor, parameters like distance of travel, pressure, time as well as features like running state of machine, alarm indication, fault point can be shown and set up on the touch screen.

By operation panel, hydraulic die cushion can be selected as jacking, not jacking and stretching. For each mode, both processes of fixed pressure and fixed distance can be completed.
