YH41 Series Single-column Hydraulic Press
Scope of application:
This series of presses are mainly suitable for the process requirements of pressing, correction, pressing and shaping in industries such as automobiles, ships, motors, forging, and heat treatment.
Performance characteristics:
This series of presses have a C-shaped body structure. Large tonnage and large throat depth machines adopt a single-column structure combined with pre-tensioned tie rods. After the components are connected by tie rods, hydraulic nuts are used for ultra-high pressure locking. The fuselage structure design has sufficient strength and rigidity after computer finite element analysis. The sliding block is guided by four guide posts.
Hydraulic system is installed inside the fuselage, the appearance is simple and beautiful, can provide open operation space, and easy to operate.
