YH05C Series Automatic Wet-type Auto Hydraulic Press for Magnetic Materials
Scope of application:
This series of presses are mainly suitable for the production of wet forming of ring, tile, square and various high-performance ferrite permanent magnet products.
Performance characteristics:
This series of presses have spacious operating space, beautiful appearance, good rigidity and unobstructed magnetic circuit.
The hydraulic system uses high and low pressure pumps to supply oil with low power consumption. The hydraulic valve is integrated in the whole plate, adopts an independent pressurizing circuit system, the stroke speed of the main cylinder is adjustable in multiple stages, and the modular magnetizing and demagnetizing system ensures the stable magnetic field of the product and good molding consistency. The oil pipe connection adopts the combination of high pressure hard pipe and hose, and the flange structure is preferred to avoid oil leakage. The hydraulic system is equipped with an oil cooling device to further improve the stability of machine operation.
The electrical system has an empty mold and non-magnetic alarm function to ensure the quality controllability of mass production.
