Scope of application:

This series of hydraulic press is mainly applicable to shallow drawing, bending, upturning, squeezing and blanking process of malleable materials, as well as correcting, press fitting, grinding of abrasive material products and compression moulding of plastic, insulating materials. It has very strong universality and economical efficiency.

Performance characteristics:

There are two optional structures for the main engine: Three-beam and four-column type. Large operating space, easy to maintain, gracefully shaped; frame type. High precision of slider guiding and high rigidity, Once adjusted, its accuracy is not easily deviated and thus provides strong resistance of deflecting load.

The machine consists of the machine body, the hydraulic system and the electrical control system.

The working pressure, dwell time and working stroke of the machine can be adjusted according to the process requirements within the scope of parameters. Besides, both processes of fixed pressure and fixed distance can be completed.
