Scope of application:

This series of presses are mainly suitable for various stamping process requirements such as deep drawing, bending, forming, blanking, flanging, etc. of metal sheet parts in industries such as automobiles, ships, pressure vessels, household appliances, and kitchen stoves. It can also be used for pressure test and research and distribution of large molds.

Performance characteristics：

This series of presses have four-column and frame structures. The stretch slide block and the blank holder slide block can be connected as a whole through a positioning pin to realize a single-action process. Equipped with the upper dead point locking device of the slider to ensure the safety of operation.

The hydraulic system adopts a large-flow cartridge valve integrated system and oil precision filtering device. Equipped with mechatronics-hydraulic integrated safety device, it has fast running speed, high safety and reliability, and can realize two molding processes of fixed stroke and pressure.
