Performance characteristics:

The machine body of this series has two structural forms: four-column type and integral frame.

With "automatic feeding, triple pressurization, pull-down demoulding" and other process actions, it can realize two pressing methods of "fixed-range control, pressure protection" and "pressure control, position protection", and three operation modes of adjustment and semi-automatic And the three demolding methods of "ejection demoulding, pull-down protective demoulding, and micro-return protective demoulding", supplemented by the ejection material sinking function, to meet the production process needs of various properties of materials and products with different shapes , To ensure the density uniformity of the product. The feeding height, demolding position and product pressing height are all mechanically positioned to ensure the consistency of product positioning accuracy and performance.

The hydraulic system adopts high and low pressure pump set oil supply mode, low power consumption; the main valve block adopts a cartridge valve integrated system, equipped with oil precision filtering device, the oil pipe connection adopts a combination of high pressure hard pipe and hose, and the flange type is preferred The structure avoids the occurrence of oil leakage. The hydraulic system is equipped with an oil cooling device to further improve the stability of machine operation.
