Scope of application:

This series of presses are mainly suitable for cold and hot extrusion molding of metal materials.

can also be used for pressing processes of plastic materials, such as stretching, bending, pressing, punching, etc.

Performance characteristics:

The fuselage structure has been optimized by computer and has sufficient strength and rigidity. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, high automation, and high flexibility.

There are two types of mainframe structure to choose from: the three-beam four-column structure has wide operating space, easy maintenance, and beautiful appearance; the frame structure, the slider has high guiding accuracy and good rigidity, and it is not easy to cause deviation of accuracy after adjustment. Strong anti-eccentric load capability.

The pressing speed of this series of machines is fast, which is suitable for the extrusion of metal materials. The working pressure and working stroke can be adjusted according to the process requirements within the parameter range.

The hydraulic system adopts an advanced integrated system of large-flow cartridge valves and a precision oil filtering device, with reasonable layout, compact structure, reliable action, and small hydraulic impact. The flange structure is preferred for oil pipe connection to avoid oil leakage.

The electrical system adopts the centralized control of operation buttons, and can choose the three working states of ejection, no ejection, and stretching. Each working state can realize two kinds of pressing methods: fixed stroke and constant pressure. The equipment can be set according to the user's technical requirements, easy to operate, sensitive and reliable in action. The machine has three technological actions: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic, and reserves interfaces with robots and peripheral equipment.
