YH71 Series Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Products Hydraulic Press
Scope of application:
This series of presses are mainly suitable for pressing various SMC/BMC products, and also suitable for pressing processes of plastic materials.
Performance characteristics:
The body of this series of presses has two structural forms: four-column type and frame type. The structure of the body is designed by computer finite element analysis, and fully considers the process characteristics of rapid, large demolding force, forming heating, etc., and has sufficient strength Stiffness.
The hydraulic system adopts a large-flow cartridge valve integrated system, and is equipped with an oil precision filter device to ensure the stability of the rapid up and down cylinder and automatic conversion of the pressure. The oil pipe connection adopts the combination of high pressure hard pipe and hose, and the flange structure is preferred to avoid oil leakage. The hydraulic system is equipped with an oil cooling device to further improve the stability of machine operation.
Equipped with the upper dead point locking device of the slider to ensure safe operation.
Adopt displacement sensor and pressure sensor, and can display and set parameters such as stroke, prognostic pressure, time, number of exhausts, machine running status, alarm indication, fault point and other functions on the touch screen.
The electrical system adopts operation buttons for centralized control, and two molding processes of fixed stroke and fixed pressure can be selected through the operation panel.
